Keir Starmer tries to gain sympathy with ‘sob story’ about Mandelson-Epstein scandal

Sky News host Danica De Giorgio has reacted to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s “sympathy tour” over his controversial appointment of Peter Mandelson as Britain’s ambassador to the US despite his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

“He said he ‘beat himself up’ over the appointment,” she said.

“He knew about Mandelson’s links to Epstein and still hired the guy anyway.”
