Victorian Premier Ben Carroll delays WFH reforms as discussions with businesses continue
Victorian Premier Ben Carroll announces he will postpone work from home legislation until July 2027.
The work from home laws will be passed before the November state election but will officially come into effect July 2027, to allow time to have deeper conversations with the business community.
“I want to be very clear, I support work from home, I support flexible work. It is good for working families,” Mr Carroll said.
“Everyone knows it’s a partnership between working families and the business community and the government.”
