‘Pretty sure he could spend nothing’: SA royal commission into AI nonsensical

News Corp National Education Editor Susie O’Brien questions South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas’ decision to launch a royal commission into AI.

“It’s like a $250 million way to slow something down,” Ms O’Brien told News24 host Chris Kenny.

“I’m pretty sure he could spend nothing and find what he needs for free.

“There’s so much information about AI … it’s hard to understand why he would need an AI to call a roundtable and get it done.”
