‘Totally failed’: Albanese government has ‘completely stuffed’ the housing market for Australians
IPA deputy executive director Daniel Wild details how the federal government has “totally failed” Australians with the housing market.
“The federal government’s completely stuffed the housing market for two reasons,” Mr Wild told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“Firstly, they had the National Housing Accord, which was their big ambition to build 1.2 million homes, they have missed that target every single month, of the 20 months it has been in action … at the exact time that they have failed to build the houses that they have said that they will do, they are putting in millions of migrants into our country without that housing to begin with.”
