LA mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt has built ‘strong’ campaign from ground up

California Post Deputy Editor-In-Chief Barclay Crawford claims Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt has built a strong campaign from the ground up.

“He’s very good on TV, so he knows how to communicate, and he’s built his campaign from the ground up like that,” Mr Crawford told Sky News host James Morrow.

“He’s built something quite strong because, again, he’s done it outside the traditional avenues.”
