‘An agent of change’: Spencer Pratt offers LA leadership different from ‘status quo’

California Post Deputy Editor-In-Chief Barclay Crawford claims Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt has “got people talking” in LA.

“He’s got people saying this is someone who’s offering us something different from the status quo,” Mr Crawford told Sky News host James Morrow.

“Spencer Pratt is seen as an agent of change here in a city that’s desperately crying out for it.”
