Donald Trump’s next moves analysed amid Iranian protests

Former foreign minister Alexander Downer analyses US President Donald Trump’s next moves concerning protests in Iran.

“I think the Americans might decide to attack the Islamic Republican Guard bases in Iran if they continue to shoot protestors,” Mr Downer told Sky News Senior Reporter Caroline Marcus.

“They’ve [Americans] demonstrated as they did very dramatically last year, that Iran can’t really defend itself against air attacks from the United States.”
