‘We will not develop a nuclear weapon’: Trump scores major win following Iran’s concession

US President Donald Trump says Iran has agreed to not having a nuclear weapon.

In an interview with Fox News, President Trump claimed negotiations are progressing, but he is prepared to end the war a different way if a peace deal is not secured.

Meanwhile, Iran’s parliament is preparing to vote on legislation which would formally establish the country’s role in managing the Strait of Hormuz.

The country maintains it has full control over the Strait of Hormuz while the US says its restrictions on Iranian ports remain in place.
