Use of drone technology becoming more prevalent in modern warfare amid US-Iran conflict

DroneShield’s CEO Oleg Vornik details how the use of drone technology has become more prevalent in modern warfare, seen in both the Russia-Ukraine war and the US-Iran conflict.

“When your battlefield is dominated by technology … first seen in Ukraine and now in Iran and the Middle East more generally, that gives critical importance to the context of layered protection,” Mr Vornik told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“A lot of the countries that surround Iran are very effective at taking down ballistic missiles.”
