TV host blasts ‘crazy’ Democratic Socialist for promoting theft in new viral video

News24 host Paul Murray criticised Democratic Socialist Emily Gallagher for promoting theft in a recent video shared on X.

“Well, if you need it, you can steal it,” Mr Murray said.

“She’s one of these people who loves this idea … where you can steal up to $999 worth of stuff and no problem.

“No compensation, by the way, from the state government; it’s just if you run a shop, you at any moment can lose $999 worth of stock.

“Crazy, right?”
