‘Total mess’: Labor blasted for ‘out of control’ NDIS

Former Queensland premier Campbell Newman says that the NDIS is “out of control.”

“When the NDIS was first being launched, it was meant to cost 13 billion a year,” Mr Newman told Sky News contributor Jaimee Rogers.

“We’re now seeing the cost go to 52 and a half billion this financial year.

“It was poorly conceived from the beginning.”
