‘They’re cowards’: Joyce trashes Albanese’s Labor over gun buyback scheme

One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce says Labor is a “coward” for not tackling terrorism head-on and instead attacking law-abiding farmers through the national gun buyback scheme.

​“This is not fixing what happened at Bondi; they were terrorists,” Mr Joyce told News24.

​“We are sick of the state impinging on our private rights and our private recreation rights to try and curry favour because they’re cowards in actually dealing with the real problem.

​“You’ve got to comply with the law, but you’ve got to vote them out.”
