The Sad Story of HIGHGUARD… so far

Since it’s announcement at The Game Awards in December 2025, Highguard has had it’s back against the wall. But when it released on the 26th of January, 2026 they had no idea what they were going to get. Within 2 days the game has lost 80% of it’s player base and now that has increased to nearly 95% of all players gone. So what exactly happened? What is the story of this game… so far.
