Starfleet Academy is CANCELLED and Hell CRIED

Star Trek Starfleet Academy reviews just finished for Season 1, yet Paramount have announced Alex Kurtzman’s series is cancelled after season 2. While many expected this due to the viewer ratings of the show and it’s inability to appear on the Nielson charts week after week, the announcement is odd. Done before Season 2 has launched it may result in even lower viewership, and it’s loud announcement could be seen as a signal of Paramount’s ongoing direction and attempt to change. Is Star Trek Starfleet Academy worth watching?
