Reacher Season 5: The Horror Shift Is the Right Move
Reacher Season 5 is heading somewhere much darker. Prime Video is adapting Lee Child’s Make Me, and the author himself has described the novel as a brutal, disturbing story that presents some serious challenges for a television adaptation.
After Season 4’s adaptation of Gone Tomorrow, Jack Reacher is headed back to a seemingly quiet small town. This time, the mystery takes him to Mother’s Rest, where the disappearance of a private investigator leads Reacher and Michelle Chang toward a horrifying conspiracy. If the series stays close to the source material, Season 5 could push Reacher closer to psychological horror than ever before.
