PM’s ‘high tolerance for failure’ may mean Matt Keogh keeps his job
Shadow Defence Minister James Paterson says Anthony Albanese is not even “contemplating sacking Matt Keogh” amid his disrespectful behaviour towards veterans.
“I was astonished to hear how badly he [Matt Keogh] treated them, first not taking the meeting, second taking so under pressure, and then complaining in the meeting that because of them he was missing an event with the governor-general,” Mr Paterson told News24 host Peta Credlin.
“This is just extraordinary behaviour from the Veterans’ Affairs Minister.
“Anthony Albanese has a very high tolerance for failure … I don’t think Anthony Albanese is even contemplating sacking Matt Keogh.”
