One person dead after boat capsizes off NSW coast

One person is dead and a 14-year-old boy is missing after a boat capsized off the coast of NSW.

Emergency services were called to Palm Beach after reports that a boat had capsized.

A man was pulled from the water and treated by paramedics; he died at the scene.
