‘No sign of moderation’: More oppression expected as Iranian regime hardens stance

Sociologist Dr Somayeh Khani details how the Iranian regime will become “more oppressive” to its people amid the current conflict.

“So, they are even asking for more oppression, more suppression, more killing, more executions,” Ms Khani told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“We believe that a wounded regime … we will be dealing with a wounded wolf, who’s willing to kill just to survive.

“So yes, it will be more oppressive; there is no sign of moderation.”
