Nigerian children kept out of school by armed gangs | BBC News

Nigeria has one of the highest number of out of school children in the world.

The UN said about 19 million children are missing out, one factor behind this is the threat of armed gangs and abductions.

The BBC’s Yemisi Adegoke went to north west Nigeria to meet two young people who have overcome the odds after an armed bandit attack.
