‘Mostly peaceful’: BBC sinks to ‘new low’ with absurd description of violent French riots
Former Margaret Thatcher adviser Nile Gardiner accuses the BBC of sinking to a “new low” by describing the French riots as “mostly peaceful”.
“It’s obvious to anyone watching the scenes…that this is an uprising, a violent uprising, really orchestrated by communist and Islamist organisations, and a big part of all of this is, of course, is the pro-Palestinian movement,” Mr Gardiner told News24 host Samara Gill.
“What we are witnessing really is a state of near anarchy actually in France with the police effectively losing control of several major cities on Saturday.”
