Marvel Studios has been hit by major layoffs, leaving at least one key creative department staffed by only a “skeleton crew” as CEO D’Amaro looks to streamline the company. A few years ago CEO Bob Chapek tried to ease the company away from controversial politicized content and stances, but was forced to apologize to a radicalized employee base and stay the DEI course.
