Rescuers are looking for survivors after a massive flash flood on the Nepal-Tibet border, with homes destroyed, roads swamped, and bridges swept away by surging mud and water.

The US Geological Survey says “glacial collapse and debris flow” triggered the floods – and there are fears that debris in rivers could cause a second flood.
