Liberals and One Nation consider joining forces to combat Labor

Sky News host Chris Kenny says the Liberal Party is considering an alliance with One Nation to combat the Labor Party.

“What’s killed the Coalition in state and federal politics over the past decade is the fracturing of the right-of-centre vote and not enough preferences coming back,” Mr Kenny told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.

“They don’t need to do deals and form a coalition, but accommodation with One Nation and the Coalition so that after elections, they can join forces to form government, they can do preference deals, because essentially, they’re on the same anti-Labor side.”
