‘It’s not fine’: Invasion of Ceuta a ‘very big deal’ that cannot be swept under the rug
Spiked Chief Political Writer Brendan O’Neill says the invasion of Ceuta is a “very big deal” and reflects the broader European border crisis.
“I am seeing so much complacency on this,” Mr O’Neill told News24 host Jaimee Rogers.
“It’s not fine.
“When you have 60,000 men invading the sovereign territory of a foreign country, that is a very big deal.
“There are really big questions to ask about how it happened, whether Morocco let it happen, and what it says about the border crisis across Europe more broadly.”
