‘It’s not fine’: Invasion of Ceuta a ‘very big deal’ that cannot be swept under the rug

​Spiked Chief Political Writer Brendan O’Neill says the invasion of Ceuta is a “very big deal” and reflects the broader European border crisis.

​“I am seeing so much complacency on this,” Mr O’Neill told News24 host Jaimee Rogers.

​“It’s not fine.

​“When you have 60,000 men invading the sovereign territory of a foreign country, that is a very big deal.

​“There are really big questions to ask about how it happened, whether Morocco let it happen, and what it says about the border crisis across Europe more broadly.”
