Iran launches retaliatory strikes on targets across the Middle East as region descends into chaos

America has launched a joint operation with Israel against Tehran and several other Iranian cities.

In retaliation, Iran has fired missiles and drones toward Israel and US military bases in the region.

Air raid sirens have been ringing out across parts of Israel and in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Bahrain as part of Iran’s retaliatory attacks.

A drone has struck Kuwait’s International Airport, damaging a terminal.

Officials have confirmed multiple people have been injured.

Authorities in Dubai have also confirmed four people have been injured in an explosion on Palm Jumeirah Island.

They say debris from an intercepted Iranian missile hit the exterior of the famous Fairmont Hotel.
