‘Increasingly lawless’: Melbourne has ‘dramatically’ fallen overtime amid worsening crime crisis

IPA deputy executive director Daniel Wild says Melbourne’s priorities are “completely and entirely wrong”, reflecting a city that seems to be “increasingly lawless”.

“I think this is another example of how Melbourne is becoming increasingly lawless; I don’t think the government really cares about this at all; I don’t think they understand it,” Mr Wild told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“Melbourne, which was one of the greatest cities, for all of the reasons you’ve mentioned and many more, has dramatically fallen over the last few years, losing jobs, losing industry; the city has been largely guttered; you’ve got a Lord Mayor who is completely woke, totally hopeless.”
