Human rights laws hamper UK’s response to migrant rape crisis, says commentator

GB News host Alex Armstrong criticises the UK government’s handling of a reported rape crisis involving illegal migrants.

“You know what I think it says, James, is that the government doesn’t really want to solve this crisis,” Mr Armstrong told News24 host James Macpherson.

“It wants to look like it can do everything it can to protect women.

“Even once these people come here, they cannot deport them because of the ECHR … which we signed up to stupidly.”
