Hollywood casts shade on Chuck Norris, accuses him of what THEY are doing!
Hollywood is casting shade on a legend right after his passing. Chuck Norris, the ultimate action icon, humble family man, and symbol of American strength, passed away at 86. But instead of honoring incredible legacy, Variety dropped the opinion piece “Chuck Norris Was a Great Action Star — but Politics May Overshadow His Legacy” (link below).From his epic 80s films like Missing in Action, The Delta Force, and Lone Wolf McQuade to the timeless Walker, Texas Ranger, Norris embodied good triumphing over evil, moral clarity, and wish-fulfillment that made Hollywood a global powerhouse. As a non-American, I see these movies as pure American exceptionalism at its finest—something the world loved and aspired to. Yet Variety calls it “cop-aganda” and hints his roles now justify “fringe” views in today’s divided world, which is ironic coming from an institution that spent the last decade pushing films like The Last Jedi, Thor: Love and Thunder, Captain Marvel, and other Disney/Netflix content that has driven global audiences away in droves. Chuck Norris stood for conviction, strength, and doing what’s right—no matter the odds. RIP to a true legend.
