Helen Mirren verbally attacked by ‘radical, leftist, pro-Palestine activist’ in London

Journalist and author Melanie Phillips discusses a clip in which actress Helen Mirren was aggressively confronted while she was out with her husband for a walk in London due to being a supporter of Israel.

UK police are reviewing the resurfaced footage – which according to The Times of London was posted in November, 2025 – of Ms Mirren being called an “evil Zionist b***h”.

“The onslaught on Helen Mirren … was, I think, by somebody who is a radical, leftist, pro-Palestine activist who recorded it on the basis he thought he was going to appear a kind of warrior for justice,” Ms Phillips told Sky News Australia.

“And he was outed on social media quite quickly as a named individual.”
