‘Happy to talk’: Joyce open to Coalition deal to achieve conservative ‘policy outcomes’

One Nation MP Barnaby Joyce claims both One Nation and the Coalition will need to help each other with preference deals.

“Both of us will require a preference deal of some sort,” Mr Joyce told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“We’re not looking for ministerial positions, we’re looking for outcomes in policy.

“We are happy to be conservative, we’re not embarrassed about that, and if other people on the same political side want to talk with us, well, we’re happy to talk with them.”
