Whether it wanted to or not, it is inevitable now, Chris Nolan’s The Odyssey will be the most politicized movie of the summer, and quite possibly, the last stand of DEI in blockbuster cinema. Unfortunately for the movie, and for activists everywhere, interest in the movie is plummeting, as Lupita Nyong’o’s older comments suddenly and resurface, and they certainly stand out when you consider the reaction in modern day Greece!
