Government faces backlash over visa for preacher promoting anti-Jewish rhetoric

Sky News host James Macpherson details how the Labor government has granted a visa to an Islamic hate preacher.

“How is it that the Albanese government can insist it has no tolerance for Muslim hate preachers whilst, at the exact same time, issuing visas to Muslim hate preachers,” Mr Macpherson said.

“This morning it was revealed that a Muslim preacher who has described Jews as ‘despicable’, and blamed them for everything short of Melbourne’s weather, is right now in Australia, having been granted a visa to speak at Muslim conferences in Melbourne and Sydney.

“If they were serious about social cohesion, they wouldn’t be issuing Jew hating Islamic preachers with visitor visas.”
