Gorsuch Asks ACLU Attorney About Prior SCOTUS Ruling On Birthright Citizenship For Native Americans

During oral arguments in Trump v. Barbara on Wednesday, Justice Neil Gorsuch questioned ACLU attorney Cecillia Wang about the ruling in Elk v. Wilkins which found that Native Americans were not entitled to birthright citizenship.
