Generative AI and Vtubers | All Out War

I made videos months ago about this and now I’m watching it happen in real time. There’s a big conversation among VTubers right now about generative AI, and one of the loudest pro-AI arguments is how insufferable they find artists. It started with a denied commission, and it’s a perfect example of why so many people looked at artists as a means to an end. My take is simple, and it cuts both ways. Artists need to humble themselves and understand they’re in a service industry. And the pro-AI crowd needs to humble themselves too, because the same arrogance is showing up on their side.
