‘Frightful’: Zohran Mamdani blasted for visiting knife-wielding suspect in hospital

New York Post Editor-at-Large Kelly Jane Torrance condemns New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani for visiting the family of a man who allegedly wielded a knife at an officer and for speaking with him in hospital.

“It’s incredible that his sympathies are with the people that are not only making NYPD’s jobs more difficult but endangering everybody in this city,” Ms Torrance told Sky News host James Morrow.

“That’s who Zohran Mamdani stands with; it’s just frightful, and it does not bode well for the rest of his administration.”
