‘Frightening stuff’: Usain Bolt’s world record smashed at humanoid robot games

​Former Liberal senator Hollie Hughes says the display of technology at the world humanoid robot games is “frightening stuff”.

​“I think the military applications are where it becomes particularly scary,” Ms Hughes told News24 host James Macpherson.

​“We’ve opened the door up to Chinese cars, and we don’t know if they can’t just press stop on them remotely at some point in time.”
