Former GOP Gov & JAG Officer Questions Legality Of Boat Strikes: ‘Virtually No Due Process’

Since September, the U.S. military has struck 29 vessels in the Pacific and Caribbean, killing at least 105 people. Last week, President Donald Trump ordered a “total and complete blockade” of sanctioned oil tankers entering or leaving Venezuela, and the U.S has seized multiple tankers off the country’s coast.
