Former ACCC chair weighs in on NDIS means testing debate
Former ACCC chair Allan Fels has weighed in on former Labor leader Bill Shorten’s plea to keep the NDIS alive, claiming it must not be torn down.
There have been calls to means-test the NDIS, given the scandals that have plagued the system for years.
“I think the means test idea is not a very good one,” Mr Fels told Sky News Australia.
