‘F***ing gobsmacked’: Man survives swim through croc-infested waters

Sky News host Caleb Bond marvels at the reckless decision to chase a drifting boat through crocodile territory, saying the Victorian boatie was incredibly fortunate to make it back safely.

“In the Northern Territory a man has risked his life swimming in croc-infested waters to retrieve his boat,” Mr Bond said.

“The man who’s believed to be from Victoria launched his boat from Shady Camp on the Mary River on Wednesday without securing it properly as he parked his car, so it floated away.

“A local bloke by the name of Jack Page watched it all unfold and he said he was f***ing gobsmacked.”
