‘Despicable’: Abuse of Jewish fan at Knicks’ finals game condemned

Newsweek Senior Editor-at-Large Josh Hammer reacts to the online storm of abuse against a Jewish fan at the New York Knicks game.

“Huge congratulations to the Knicks, it was their first championship in 53 years,” Mr Hammer told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“What happened here, with this fan in question, was absolutely despicable. She is just a fan, she is there, she is enjoying the game there … this was the recipient of no shortage of outrage from antisemites.”
