‘Dark day’ for free speech if Labor’s new hate speech laws pass

IPA Senior Fellow and Chief Economist Adam Creighton says Labor’s new hate speech bill has “totalitarian laws”.

Mr Creighton said it’s a “dark day for free speech” in Australia if the laws pass.

“They’re going to criminalise a great deal of behaviour that I think will shock people.”
