Courtney Asks Pentagon Official To Publicly Thank Denmark For Medical Evacuation Of US Submariner

During a House Armed Services Committee hearing prior to the congressional recess Rep. Joe Courtney (D-CT) asked Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Daniel Zimmerman, to publicly thank Denmark for evacuating an American submariner experiencing a medical emergency while sailing off the coast of Greenland.
