‘Betrayal’: Trump thrashes Democrat for releasing eventual killer onto streets

US President Donald Trump condemned Democrat Roy Cooper for his policy, which he claimed saw Iryna Zarutska murdered at the hands of Decarlos Brown Jr.

“The only reason the brutal monster was roaming free … was because Roy Cooper released him from jail,” Mr Trump said.

“It’s a betrayal that can never ever be forgotten.”
