At least three people killed in Syria protests

At least three people are dead and 60 others have been injured in clashes during protests in Syria.

Alawite demonstrators have been rallying against the government following a bombing at a local mosque, which killed eight people during prayers.

The group was met with pro-government counter-protesters before both sides clashed.

A security officer is reportedly among those who were killed.
