‘Shameful’: Labor under fire after new reforms against older Australians

Sky News host Rowan Dean claims the Labor government has a “war against the elderly”.

“Labor … are also on the war path against the elderly as far as I can see,” Mr Dean said.

“The scrapping of higher rebates for older Australians when they need it the most has sparked outrage.

“You’ve got aging Australians also vulnerable to higher retirement costs after the Albanese government expanded the GST base.”
