Excuses Don’t Build Nations: Ending the Culture of Victimhood | Dr. Ben Carson at the U. of Michigan

Nations aren’t built by those who point fingers. They’re built by those who roll up their sleeves. Dr. Carson will deliver a bold, timely message on why shifting from a culture of excuses and victimhood to one of empowerment and personal responsibility is essential for America’s future. This is more than a lecture, it’s a call to action!

Dr. Benjamin S. Carson, Sr., M.D., is Founder and Chairman of the American Cornerstone Institute, a new think tank whose mission is to promote the four founding principles which are cornerstones of our country: faith, liberty, community, and life, as well as pursue common-sense solutions that challenge conventional groupthink. He most recently served as the 17th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

This lecture is part of the Freedom at 250 Series.
