Andrew Hastie calls Iran war a ‘huge miscalculation’ as alliance tensions grow

Senior Coalition frontbencher Andrew Hastie is warning that the war in Iran is damaging US credibility and testing Australia’s faith in the alliance.

Mr Hastie described the conflict as a “huge miscalculation”, criticising US President Donald Trump for failing to consult key allies.
