Buffy the Vampire Slayer: New Sunnydale was going to be a new reboot of Buffy for Hulu featuring Sarah Michelle Gellar. Unfortunately no more returning characters left little link between the two series, with Buffy barely being in the pilot episode. Chloé Zhao was set to be director after directing the eternals and being Oscar Nominated. Was Buffy the Vampire Slayer: New Sunnydale worth watching?
