The Return Of Good Men – A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms

A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms has restored my faith in humanity. Men are cool again!
In a streaming landscape full of cynical anti-heroes, broken protagonists, and morally empty characters, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms feels almost shocking. Somehow, this show dares to give us something incredibly rare in modern entertainment: a genuine male hero.

Ser Duncan the Tal, Dunk, played by Peter Claffey, wants to do the right thing, protect the weak, and be a brave, honourable knight. The series, based on the beloved Dunk and Egg stories by George R. R. Martin, also introduces a young Aegon Targaryen, nicknamed “Egg,” played by Dexter Sol Ansell. The unlikely friendship between the towering hedge knight brings a sense of adventure, humour, and sincerity that has been missing from a lot of modern fantasy.

A protagonist who actually wants to be a good person.
A hero who believes in honesty, loyalty, and doing what’s right.
How did this ever get made?
