Starfleet Academy: Nine Episodes ZERO Character Development.

With the season finale this week, we have currently had NINE hours of Starfleet Academy. Yet somehow we have had ZERO character development, unless its who want to put what in which hole. The characters at the start of the series are in the exact same position after nine episodes of the show. While some of the command are actually regressing!!
